Challenge: A sales consultant wanted a software tool to manage her clients, purchases, inventory and daily business tasks.

Solution: DataBasics developed a "Business Manager" Access database to provide added productivity and efficiency to her business processes.

Working closely with the consultant to define requirements at every step, DataBasics developed a totally integrated and customized tool.  The database manages client data and purchases as well as inventory.  The consultant can group clients into dynamic lists for mass email or reporting purposes.

Reports are extensive, including detail on specific products purchases over a date range, and a daily "To Do" list.  Tasks and appointments are automatically added to her Outlook calendar.
